"More World Champion dancers than anywhere in the Western Hemisphere!” We are making history! 34 World Champions in nine genres of dance--the largest nonprofit World Champion dance event is this Cinco de Mayo May 5th- 7th at the Millennium Maxwell House
Event Details
The Nashville Dance Congress is a nonprofit 501(c)3 for helping all people enjoy access to the best dance talent in the world. This event spans over 3 days and includes 70 hours of free dance education, free amateur dance presentations, 96 hours of open social dancing & live music, and 2 World Champion & Celebrity Dance Shows.
The premier presentation is Friday evening starting at 7:30 pm with a delicious three-course dinner is created and served by 35-year Executive Chef Kevin Randolph in the Grand Ballroom.
Next, it's SHOWTIME! You'll enjoy an outrageously funny Emcee-- Saturday Night Live's former cast member Victoria Jackson, a live auctioneer for the biggest charity auction items, and of course, the 34 World Champions and super star dance celebrities from So You Think Can Dance, Dancing with the Stars, and World of Dance.
From Friday to Sunday, there are free dance workshops from 12pm to 5pm & dance parties with live music and international deejays in 8 rooms from 10pm to 4am. For space and safety, you must register online to attend the classes. Weekend party passes are $75.
Friday evening is the Cinco de Mayo Formal Dinner, World Champion Dance Show, & Charity Auction. The Friday night show and party is $125.
Saturday evening, there is a free Pro-Am dance show from 6p-8p in the Crown Room and then another World Champion Spectacular in the Grand Ballroom. Tickets are online. An All-Access Pass is $200 for non-registered hotel guests and $125 for registered hotel guests.
