Studio Goddess was established in 2010, and pioneered a fitness revolution, as Nashville first fitness facility to provide pole, aerial, and dance fitness classes! Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for adult women to explore and expand personal movement-regardless of experience level. We offer a variety of creative movement classes that focus on building strong bodies and minds. Our methodology is heavily influenced by modern and contemporary dance techniques; however, our focus is on providing adult women the tools to feel confident using movement as a form of self-expression.
