Downtown Rose is dedicated and named after my mom, "Rosie Catherine Bell," (2016-2015) the wind beneath my wings. Located upstairs at The Bagbey House & More, 134 4th Ave., N., Franklin, Tn 37064 My hope is that "Downtown Rose" will inspire, encourage, empower women and that we will feel special and pretty. This is how my mom always made me and people around her feel. We are located upstairs in the sunroom of The Bagbey House & More...a beautiful historic Victorian house in downtown Franklin, Tennessee.
