Julie’s unique combination of market knowledge, business savvy and sense of humor makes her a Realtor who gets deals done and keeps it fun. A Los Angeles native, she relocated to Nashville in 1999 and knows this city, its culture and the real estate well. She brings business expertise, tenacity and creativity to every deal, making her client’s interests the priority while seeking a win-win outcome. When not working, Julie’s a performing musician, playing guitar, bass and percussion in the enduring local band East Side Story. Other hobbies include riding her bike, working out (including yoga and dance), eating sushi, writing fiction, reading everything, keeping in touch with old friends, traveling (hopefully to a beach), and almost any kind of adventure. Julie has a bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA, is a seven-time ADDY award-winning advertising copywriter and enjoyed a wonderful run as staff songwriter at Ash Street Music on Music Row.
