Country Casseroles! What are we? We are a company that produces fresh delicious casseroles, desserts and side items made from scratch daily. Using recipes either handed down for generations or meticulously crafted to our standards. No store bought items here folks. We use baked hand pulled chicken. No hormones, antibiotics or steroids. We use crisp vegetables hand cut to ensure freshness. Each recipe gets just the right spices and herbs each and every time. Our sides are made daily using time tested techniques and recipes you can bet your grandmother would recognize! Our casseroles and sides are made as if we were serving them on our table. Need a special request? The word "no" is not in our vocabulary. We ARE NOT fast food. We are homemade convenience. We do not use pre-cut, pre-cooked meat or vegetables that have been rinsed in bleach or any other chemical to preserve freshness. We DO NOT cut corners to save money.
