Take a step back into the Belle Époque era of Paris, France when poets, artists and dreamers consumed this elusive libation in hopes of meeting “La Fee Verte” (the green fairy). Absinthe was once the drink of choice and absinthe culture was seen all throughout Europe but was banned due to tales of mystery, murder, and corruption. Only recently have the old recipes been revived and people are once again partaking in the emerald green spirit. Join us for the traditional absinthe ritual called La Louche which is performed exactly as it was over 100 years ago. Our signature cocktails and traditional absinthe drips are only served when the green light in the window is lit, during The Green Hour.
