Wise Guy's BBQ was established in June of 2014. However, we have been cooking BBQ well over 10 years. We are a food service truck that specializes in Pulled Pork BBQ, Ribs and Chicken. Wise Guy's puts time and effort into slow cooking all of our meats and making sure all of our sides are of homemade quality. All of our sauces are original and were created by Wise Guy's.
