We have a handcrafted bar menu unlike anything in the country, reflecting not only the restaurant's original roots, but also the drink culture of the late 19th century. Influenced by "The Golden Age of the American Cocktail," the bar program follows the marks of that period: one full of creation, experimentation and vigor, with a focus on brandy-inspired libations.
