Join us for the second annual Steps for Students 6k on the Richland Creek Greenway! This fun run & walk benefits the Nashville State Community College Foundation in support of student success at NSCC.

Event Details

Festivities will begin and end on the open quad at Nashville State's White Bridge Road Campus in West Nashville. The run itself will take place on the adjacent Richland Creek Greenway, followed by a family-friendly party featuring music from the Nashville State Jazz Ensemble, breakfast, gift bags with giveaways from our sponsors, and much more.

Race Day Info:

Early packet/bib pickup is available at the NSCC Foundation offices on Friday, November 2nd from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Race Day packet/bib pickup and day-of registration will open at 7:00 am on the quad.
6k kicks off at 8:00 am!

NSCC students must register with a valid NSCC student email address or present a valid NSCC student ID during race packet/bib pickup in order to receive the discounted student registration rate.

Please note: All participants are required to pick up their race packets/bibs in person, as each participant is required to complete a liability waiver. (Minors will need a parent or legal guardian present in order to complete their waivers.)

Are strollers allowed?
Absolutely!

Are dogs allowed?
We love dogs, but ask that you leave your furry four-legged friends at home for this event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Save a tree and download the Eventbrite app for your smartphone. We'll scan your registration straight from your screen. :)
