Nashville Roller Derby is excited to welcome Baller Shot Caller to Nashville for a very special four-hour Bootcamp on Saturday, 10/19.
Baller Shot Caller is a two-way skater, proficient in both Jamming (offense) and Blocking (defense).  Throughout the years she has been voted MVP Jammer and MVP Blocker 9 times each against teams around the country. Baller was asked to join the Southern All-star Skater’s team (SASS) at the beginning of 2013. SASS is a mash-up team of the best skaters in the south.  In September of 2013 it was announced that Baller was a finalist for Team USA, the national roller derby team that represented the USA in the 2014 World Cup. On October 15th, 2013 her dream came true.  After just 3 years of hard work, dedication, commitment, and perseverance she was named to Team USA. She represented the United States as one of the best skaters in the nation in the 2014 World Cup of roller derby.  In 2016, Baller defended her spot on Team USA and will represent the US in the world cup 2018 in Manchester, England. Baller now captains the Atlanta Rollergirls, the number 11 team in the world. Baller will be focusing on blocker and jammer drills during this clinic.
