Nicky’s Coal Fired is the newest venture between award-winning chef/partner Tony Galzin and GM/partner Caroline Galzin.
The heart of the coal fire focused menu will be dishes cooked in the four-ton oven, the first of its kind in Nashville. Coal fired pizzas will be the focal point of Nicky’s menu, complemented by house-made pastas, charcuterie, and seasonally-driven antipasto selections.
