Hello! My name is Autumn.
I will be your guide as we hike through Smith Park located on the southern edge of Brentwood, TN. I am a 200HR registered yoga instructor with years of experience on these trails and a Nashville native. I love sharing the joy of both hiking and yoga with others!
The style of yoga will be hatha yoga with a leaning towards poses that support hiking. The intensity of the yoga session will be adjusted to best serve the needs/desires of the particular group.
-Wear clothing in which you will be comfortable both hiking and doing yoga. Stretchy pants and tennis shoes are recommended.
-Be sure to bring plenty of water!
-Bring whatever sun protection you might need (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.)
-Your ticket (a virtual ticket or photo of your ticket is fine)
-Any snacks if you think you will need them. I will bring a small bag for trash.
-Yoga mat.
-A small towel to wipe your mat in case of sweating.
-Your sense of adventure!
