Crawl Nashville 615 request the pleasure of your company at the first ever Yule Ball.
That night each champion that is above the age of 21 and older will place there name in a goblet and 3 will be choosen to participate in the tournament and represent their "school". The CHAMPION WALTZ will take place at 9pm. Dress attire is FORMAL so please dress to impress.
Saturday January 13th -Potter Pub Crawl
Check In will be from 2pm to 6pm at Tin Roof
This day you will be given a Free Drink to Welcome you.
Once you check in you will recieve a butter beer cup and a list of 3 tasks you must complete to be entered in to win Potter Pub Crawl Champion CUP, 4 Free Tickets to the Harry Potter Nashville Sympony, and $100 Gift Card.
Everyone will recieve an invitation to the the ball and pub crawl and you can choose if you would like to recieve an Acceptance Letter and be sorted that day.
The Acceptance letter will be at check in.
With your wristband you will receive themed drink specials at each "house" (Bar) , themed cup, free photobooth for you and your friends with themed props, a tarot card reader, and an after party to celebrate.
