What is a sound bath?
Rhythm Bird plays instruments and frequences like crystal singing bowls, harmonium, gong, drum, chimes and other instruments from around the world. The container created is a safe space to tune into your breath as you journey inward, guided by sound and vibration.
What to wear?
Comfy and cozy clothes that allow you to sit in a reclined zero gravity chair for 60 minutes.
